Tea Tree Mulch is a beautiful rich dark coloured mulch that will enhance any garden with its fresh look and fragrant odour.

It is made from 100% Australian Tee Tree stems and leaves which are chopped into a fine mulch. The result is an aromatic fine mulch that holds in water, is long lasting and suppresses weeds.

Tee Tree Mulch provides a wide variety of sustained nutrients to gardens, and also promotes an increase of Earthworm production within the soil.

Like Sugar Cane Mulch, Tee Tree Mulch easily breaks down when mixed into the soil. This enhances drainage capabilities whilst increasing the uptake of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium in the soil. It also makes Tee Tree Mulch the ideal mulch for native gardens as well as an effective mulch for all types of plants and Vegetables etc.

One bale of Lucerne Mulch contains enough mulch to cover 7m2 at 50mm thick.

APPLICATION

The recommended depth for applying Tee Tree Mulch ranges from between 50 and 100mm, depending on your main intended use.

For decorative purposes it is recommended to use 50mm of Tee Tree Mulch across the entire garden.

The minimum depth recommended for weed control and water retention is 75mm of Tee Tree Mulch across the entire garden.

The optimal depth for weed control and water retention is 100mm of Tee Tree Mulch across the entire garden, however it is not recommended that you exceed this depth as excessive mulching can suffocate the soil.
