Clinker Ash is a Biodegradable by-product of the coal burning process. Also known as Granular Ash, this product has great drainage properties and is often used as a Lightweight filling material and/or drainage material. It has a nominal size of 15mm.

Due to these unique properties, Clinker Ash is extremely popular in potting and garden mixes, as it will break down into your soil, increase drainage properties of the soil, whilst still holding moisture. It is also commonly used around Ag-Pipe and behind Retaining Walls & Garden Beds, where it increases drainage without putting excess weight and stress on the structure.

Clinker Ash is available in bulk by the cubic metre.
